MY REVIEW:
*** I received an advance review copy for my honest review. ***
Logan is a football player that bumps into Tasha and they seem to have insane chemistry and hook up right away, and then Tasha runs away.
They meet a few more time and the same thing happens they hook up and Tasha runs away or sneaks out.
Meanwhile Logan hasn’t had the best of luck on the field and everyone is noticing, he’s getting a ton of backlash from the media and is feeling the pressure to do better.
Tasha has a blog in which she writes about football as well as other things but she all writes about the players. And lets just say Logan is a favorite of hers to bash.
And that’s pretty much the premise of the book. I really really wanted to like this book more but I just couldn’t get into it.
I just didn’t like Tasha, she was “sassy” but it just came off and her being mean. And the way she would talk about Logan on her blog just through me off. Not to mention her constant panic attacks after hooking up with Logan and running away.
The story went like this hook up with Logan, then wake up have a panic attack that she hooked up with Logan and ran away before he woke up, lather rinse and repeat.

And not to mention about 70% of the book was just about sex, there was no substance for me to hold on to. There was no balance between the sex and the substance. I just didn’t understand why these characters had to be together.
Ohh and by the way if you wonder what sport the book is about its Australian football. That took me a minute to figure out, I wish they would have made that a bit more clear.
I really enjoyed Logan’s character, he was sweet and hard working not to mention really down to earth, given his profession and the amount of money he made. I really liked that he didn’t let the stardom go to his head.
He was also very smart and was smart enough to know that he needed to have an education to fall back on.
And because I liked Logan I didn’t care for him to be with Tasha. I just couldn’t connect with her at all.
