MY REVIEW:

This book starts off a bit violently and was heartbreaking when Victoria was trying to save Lachlan.

“Tell Grandpa I gifted you…and you’re my gift,” he breathed in her ear.

Victoria discovers a whole new world when she finds the shifter community and a place where she fits in and likes the people, not matter how grumpy some of them are.

When I started reading this book I didn’t realize it would be a menage series, I usually don’t love menage series or paranormal books (haven’t had the best of luck with them) but I really love Cherise Sinclair’s book so I decided to give it a try.

And let me tell you I was not disappointed this story was so well written.

Victoria meets Alec and Calum and immediately starts to fall for them even though she is clearly on a mission and has no time to fall for anyone.

They thinks she’s human so they don’t think there can be a future, but Victoria starts to show signs that maybe she isn’t so human. 

Calum and Alec know that they usually aren’t attracted to human females but for some reason Victoria is incredibly irresistible.

“After a second of stiffness, she softened and cuddled with him, filling the holes in his soul with her mere presence.”

While trying to see if the shifters are dangerous she starts to fall for both Calum and Alec and she starts to love the community and the people. She finds herself comfortable and at home in a way she never was before.

Not only do we see Victoria, Alec and Callum fall for each other we learn about the town and the ways of the shifters. And this was something that pulled me in right away.

“Did his Vixen really think she had no connections to anyone, loved no one? If anything, she cared too much. She was like an overcooked marshmallow, crusty on the outside, all sweet and soft inside.”

I love the way they all look out for each other and how they all do for each other. Everyone wants to help.

WOULD I RECOMMEND:

Absolutely! This is an amazing series, with amazing characters. Once you start reading you wont want to stop.

If I would have known how good this series was I would have started reading a long time ago.

I loved the way Cherise Sinclair brought us into this world and made us fall in love with each character.

I didn’t know what to expect going into this series but I absolutely loved every moment of it!

At this point I think I’ll read anything Ms. Sinclair writes! And everything is a preorder!
