MY REVIEW:

I have been waiting for this book since Jared and Sarah were introduced to this series. Which was a few books back.

Sparks flew when these two first interacted and these two had chemistry and there was no doubt about it.

But Jared walked away to deal with his own demons and had to let Sarah go, of course this isn’t what she wanted but she had no choice.

Jared is so sweet and caring and I like him from the moment he came into the series.

But like all of Lexi Blake’s characters in this series, he’s been through a lot. And so has Sarah.

Jared will do whatever it takes to get Sarah back

“I’ve been waiting for you since I was old enough to realize life would be so much better with a woman to share it with me. I’ve been looking for you, wanting you. I was lonely without you.”

He cared about her so much, he wore his heart on his sleeves no games for him.

Sarah was a bit stubborn, which drove me a little crazy. Like stop pushing him away he wants you so bad!

“Two people who come together because they don’t make sense apart, because they each hold a piece of the other’s soul.”

Finally she gave in and let him love her the way he wanted to. And guess what she was so much happier when she stopped fighting what was right.

WOULD I RECOMMEND:

Definitely! Jared’s a sweetheart that wants the girl and will do anything to get her.

Sarah a stubborn girl with a bit of brat in there. Just to give Jared a run for his money.

They worked well together and complimented each other. This is another thing I love about Ms. Blake’s books the characters make each other better when they are in love.  The love isn’t selfish but understanding and kind.
