MY REVIEW:

Ever since Master No, this is the book I’ve been waiting for. To find out what happened to Theo once and for all. Of course I want Theo’s book, but we need to know what happened to him first.

Case & Theo were introduced back in A View To A Trill. Case and Theo Taggart are Ian & Sean Taggart’s younger twin brothers. Brothers that they never knew they had.

They have both been in books since then and then there was the tragic book where Theo was gone.

And Case is lost without his twin Theo, they were together for so much of their lives.

I know ever since then Lexi Blakes readers have been wondering where is Theo and is Lexi going to bring him back? I know I was one of those people.

So who better to look for Theo than his twin brother?

Mia was introduced to us on From Sanctum With Love, where she wasn’t completely honest about who she was and what her intentions were.

She’s a tough chick that been through a lot in her life, she’s also a reporter with great investigative skills.

Now she’s back and giving Case information he can’t refuse. Mia has a huge crush on Case and would do anything to get back into his good graces. But Case is stubborn and thinks that he can just use Mia for what he needs.

Case has no intentions of falling for the lovely Mia, he just wants to look for Theo.

But the attraction is there and Case and Mia are thrown together in their mad search to find Theo.

“He needed to dominate her because she ruled his every thought, because he needed to be important to this one woman.”

As much as he wanted to hide that he wanted her, he could lie to himself. He wanted her in a way he never wanted another woman.

Thing get steamy in a hurry. And this is definitely a side to Case that we have never seen before.

“He ran the tip of his tongue along her ear, enjoying the way she shivered. “No, it doesn’t. It makes us take things slow and get to know each other’s bodies and responses. It makes us thoughtful lovers. I want to be your lover. Do you understand what I mean by that? I don’t want to be your boyfriend. I want to be your Dom. It’s different. A boyfriend can take you or leave you. A Dom is responsible for you. It means something deeper to me.”

No one has ever made Mia feel the way Case does. She’s never been attracted to someone the way she was to him.

These two really heat up the pages and leave nothing to the imagination.

We finally got to see who Case was, without Theo and see how much he really hurt and misses his brother.

And we see Mia trying to give Case everything he needs in hopes that he will really look at her and see the woman she is.

Of course Case realizes a little too late and has to fight for her. Because Mia’s not an easy target after all. And Case has to still look for his brother at the same time.

WOULD I RECOMMEND:

I would definitely recommend this book. At this point Ms. Blake has me every time she dangles a new book at the end of each book.

Another great book where the characters are developed and the love is developed so it doesn’t feel like a rushed book. But a book where the characters needed time to be better and the got just that.

The next book is the book I have been waiting for, for a long time and didn’t even realize it.
