MY REVIEW
Alexis is a single mom that owns her own business, she works a lot and needs a nanny for the Summer.
She is desperate since her plans fell through, she gets lucky since Preston’s last position came to and unexpected end.
Preston needs the job and needs to make money in order to pay all of his bills.
Alexis is hesitant to hire a male nanny but the company he works for is very well recommended for the measures that they take to ensure everyone’s safety.
So Preston starts working for Alexis, taking care of Sophia and the sparks start to fly.
They are instantly attracted to each other. But Alexis is very strict with her not mixing business with pleasure rule.
So she tries to stay away from Preston. But Preston doesn’t want her to stay away in fact he wants to see how close he can get.
Alexis can only hold out for so long. She gives in but she keeps running hot and cold.
One minute she’s all for it and the next she wants to keep everything a secret.
Alexis is very focused on what people think of her, she keep worrying about the age difference and how it will look to everyone on the outside.
She also is a bit of a workaholic and can’t really seem to find a balance. Her relationship with work is a bit unhealthy.
Preston helps her to find more of a balance to spend more time with Sophia and to slow down a bit.
Alexis is strong, independent, hardworking and a bada** when it comes to her job. She’s had to work hard to be where she is and she’s succeeded.
Preston has had some tough times but was able to come out of it with a drive to live his life and knows what he wants out of life. He knows what’s important.
Together they make each other better and happier.
I love the relationship that Preston was able to build with Sophia and how well he took care of her. He was there for her and reliable.

WOULD I RECOMMEND:
Definitely! Although at some points Alexis annoyed me with her back and forth, this was a really good book. I enjoyed reading it.
I couldn’t put it down from the moment I started reading it. It pulled me in from the beginning to the end. I think I read it in a couple of days.
I actually want to read the other books in this series as soon as I have a chance.
